This picture show clearly how much os over Cut and align the ribs at both cylinder sides. Dont wary about the bit of material cutted off ribs. The T700 fan is designed and perform very well. |

Notice: Do not forget to post plugs in to plug hole, intake and exhaust manifold to avoid chips inside the engine. |

Adjust the fan shroud by breaking knife. The plastic is soft and easy to cut. |

Bolt is M6X15 mm dont forget Red Loctite |

Use simple puler to remove the puley |

Check the clutch aligmernt against to the bolts. |

As closer to bootom shroud side the fans are, then better. |

Leave the bolts for bearing houses loosed untill is whole body assembled to alow propes gearing distance setting. More below. |

I MUST be on the engine. It alowes perfect tuning, asure no leaks of air, no lean engine. |

Watch the hole!! If you post it oposite, teh engine start up, will run shortly than stops.. |

Shorten 2 bolts take out 5 mm to avoid the white gasket bent and damage. |
 |
wrong ...............too long bolts. |

Take out the chocke - it likes to close at it own just by vibes. Use servo to close the butterfly completly instead. It will work in same way. |

Cut thi spart away if for nothing there. |
 |
Now easy to mount the servo. |
